007.14 This Town is divided by the "Gryfe" into two portions. North and South. That on the North Side being in Houston Parish. There is one leading thoroughfare through this portion, the Trust Road leading to Johnstone and Kilbarchan. The houses are of new erection and range about 2 stories in height. There is one house for Public Worship, a Gas Work, Post Office, one Inn, a few public houses and Toll House here.
