001.07 The ruins of this Castle stand on the right bank of the Leven Burn, about 1/8 of a mile from when it falls into the sea. The Castle appears to have consisted of two square towers joined together at a Corner where there is the appearance of a Circular Staircase having been, the walls are still pretty entire but the roof is entirely off.
