Church (St Peter's Church) [Continued]
The monumental Stones Alluded to in the "Old. Statt. [Statistical] Acct. [Account]", were deposited here. These have been removed. The only vestage remaining is a Tablet, fixed in the wall, on the South Side, much worn though time. It might be 4 or 5 hundred years old.
