002.06 A harbour fronting the north Side of the Street Called the "East India Breast". It is bounded on the east by the Quay of the same name and on the west by the Street passing the Custom house. Ships of any tonnage can land in it. The tide does not recede from any part of the Breast work at low water. This harbour is named by many East Harbour, but the Harbour Master says the other is the old name, and also is most correct.
