097 "A single line of railway connecting Perth and Methven, Its whole length is 8 miles. There is but one engine employed on it. The trains leaving Perth for Methven daily, leave at 10.40, A.M. 4,20 & 6.50, P.M. Those leaving Methven for Perth, leave at 9.10 & 11.20A.M. and 5.30. P.M. On Saturdays an additional train leaves Methven for Perth at 3.30 P.M, returning at 7. P.M. There is no telegraphic communication on this line".
