073 ; 074 ; 085 ; 086 ; 097 The parish of Redgorton is in the Presbytery of Perth, Synod of Perth and Stirling. The parish of Redgorton consists of the three united parishes of Redgorton, Luncarty and St. Serffs. The period of the union of these three parishes is unknown; the presbytery records, which extend back to 1619, speak of them as having been then united. The parish is in two separate parts; namely Redgorton proper which contains about 4904 Statute Acres is bounded on the south by Tibbermore parish, on the east, by the parishes of Scone, and St. Martin's, on the north by the parish of Auchtergaven; and on the west by the parishes of Moneydie and Methven. The other portion which is detached of the parish contains about 1264 Statute Acres and it is situated between the parish of Auchtergaven and the detached part No. 3 of Monzie parish. There are no detached portions of any other parish situated within the parish of Redgorton. Redgorton Proper contains Acres 4904.199 Redgorton Detached contains 1263. 725
