027 The site of an ancient Cairn, it is situated on a small knoll at Balquharn, it was destroyed in 1860, at which time a dwelling house was erected on its site. Urns containing ashes, and bones, supposed to be human remains were turned up in digging for the foundation of the house. Its origin is unknown.
