013 An Estate along the right bank of the Tweed on the East side of Traquair (detached) - with a substantial and elegant Mansion house and garden - Coach house and Cottages for the Coachman and Gardener and a bleaching green. All these have in the minority of the proprietor, been let to tenants. Messrs Robertson are the present occupiers. All the rest of the Estate consisting of a considerable extent of well cultivated arable land and of hill pasture is let to one tenant Mr Robert Tod. Alexander Kerr Williamson Esqr is proprietor. -
