This is the Remains of what appears to have been a Very large Fort or Camp. It has been nearly all destroyed, chiefly by the Turnpike Road passing through it. There were several Covered drains removed from the excavations and also a Primitive Mill or Quorn This Fort is in a plain in view of several Camps or Forts on the Surrounding Hills.
