120 Applies to one of the parish churches of South Ronaldsay & Burray (seats for 120) the officiating minister of which is wholly supported
by the home mission of the Church of Scotland, it was erected A.D. 1847 and opened on the 2nd September the same year; it was constructed the same size as the old parish Church (St Lawerence's). so that the roof put on the latter, A.D. 1852 could be taken from the old church and brought to the present one, which is situated near the centre of the island of Burray and about 1/4 of a mile north of West Links, is the property of the Earl of Zetland. It is a chapel of Ease to the parish church proper,

120 This edifice is situated at the north west corner of West Links, and a short distance north east of the U.P. Church, is the property of the school board; & will accommodate 130 scholars, but at present the average attendance is 70.
It was erected A.D.1868 and opened on the 2nd of March the following year.
