100 Supposed remains of an ancient brough situated on the shore of the Loch of Harray in the district of Wasbuster and about 1/2 mile east of Appietown
It has been partly excavated, and human bones Deer horns and ashed discovered therein
The interior consists of huge stones and rubbish the excavation shows that there has been two or more circular wallsand under ground chambers, some of the stones are place in a manner to indicate the art of masonry the outside is covered with a sward of grass,
No further information can be obtained regarding it.
There is no trace of the ditch which is referred to in "New Statistical Account of Scotland" as separating this object from the land,
