Continued entries/extra info

Earls palace (supposed site of) continued
of Orkney and used as such in tenth and eleventh century, from a small portion which has been excavated a few years ago signs of building can be seen.
In this palace took place the fatal tragedy so well known by the title The tale of "the poisioned shirt". Earl harald was slain by putting on a poisoned shirt which his mother Helga and her sister Frakork had prepared for his brother Paul. (Orkneyinga Saga pages XXXV and 71-72)
This castle I also believe to be the one referred to as inhabited by Earl Paul where Swein killed Swein see Saga pages 92-95.
