119 Applies to a creek which is said at one time was a "Gloup" but by the action of the sea upon it, fell, and from its appearance looks like to be quite possible. It is situated immediately north east of Stanger head and about one mile south east of the parish church.

119 This name applies to a large subterraneaneous passage about 70 yards in length and communicating with the sea from both ends, the passage is large enough to permit of persons walking through from one end to the other which is often indulged in by the younger portion of the population. It is situate about 3/4 of a mile south east of the parish Church and immediately north of Stanger Head.
