This has evidently been a Pictish Fort at one time. It was found embedded in the earth & was opened up about 18 years ago. The outside of the circular wall can be seen standing about 5 feet high in some parts, the interior is filled up with rubbish. About half of the building has been washed away by the sea. Situated a short distance to the N.E. of Ingshowe. |
