094 A small Knoll said to be the remains of an ancient burial mound situated about 1/8 of a mile north west of Downatown and nearly ¼ mile north east of ''Skogar'' the property of Professor Traill Aberdeen.
A portion of this object has been removed for the purpose of top-dressing land.

094 This object was discovered by the occupier of Queena, Mr Magnus Johnston, while he was reclaiming the ground at this spot 18 years ago, The Cist was formed of six thin slabs so arranged that each formed a side of a parallelopiped 2 feet long by 15 inches in breadth & depth, Together with a small quantity of brown fatty earth, there was also found in it a polished stone implement (green porphyry) 1 foot 4 inches long, 2 inches broad at one end where the handle appeared to have been broken off while it tapered to a point at the other, its thickness at the centre was about ½ inch whence it tapered to two sharp edges.
