Transcriber's notes
Brevail - There is a continuation in descriptive remarks scored out, which says "in a field about a quarter of a mile to the south of this house there is a small hollow (which was once a lime stone quarry, but which is now cultivated) in which were found some fossil fishes and shells, and some of which were taken away by Dr Griggor, and placed in the Nairn Museum. It is also on the Lethen Estate."Transcribers who have contributed to this page.
