015.03 A beautiful plan divided by the River Findhorn. The place where a great Tournament was given by the Earl of moray to the Nobility of Scotland and a few Knights of England, Towards the northern extremity of the eastern Mead in the parish of Rafford Stood a Chapel dedicated to St. John the Baptist. giving name to the Valley and tournament. And in anger of the Same rode Straight to the town of Forres and Set it on fire And from thence went to Elgin and burned the Cathedral.
