008.10 This name applies to a wooden bridge spanning the River Lossie at a point-near the farmsteading of Inchbroom, It is on the Co [County] Road from Lhanbryd to Lossiemouth. was erected by Arthur Grant-Duff A.D. 1850, hence the name Arthur's Bridge. The following is inscribed on stones at the extremity of the western parapets."Arthur's Bridge so named as a tribute to the memory of the Honbl. [Honourable] Arthur Duff, who planted the larches of which it is constructed. Opened to the public free of pontage [toll] by the trustees of the late James Earl of Fife 13th May 1853" and is a County Bridge.
