A Street commencing at the head of St. David Street and leading in direction crossing North Hanover Street to North Frederick Street, it is well paved, drained, and lighted with gas, The houses are 3 and 4 stories in height and in good repair, Occupied by mechanics, and a number of respectable families, In this Street are the Queen's Printing Office New Town Dispensary, McLean's School, and the University Printing Office
