The [interior] of the church is well fitted up [with] galleries &c. Sufficient to accomodate about 1400 with seats. The minister [is] the Revd [Reverend] Mr. Nisbet whose stipend [is] paid out the Sustentation fund. N.B. The part of the building which is a large house adjoining the church & through [---] is the entrance to the church fron George Street is now unoccupied & is advertised to be [let or] sold. This was formerly the Free church college Previous to this erection of the Bew college on the mound.
