A small but neat built chapel of the modern style of architecture, erected in 1804,5 for the Rev, [Reverend] Daniel Landford D.D. [Doctor of Divinity] of the Episcopal church of Scotland. In 1818, it was transferred by purchase, to the English Baptist church, under the Rev [Reverend] Christopher Anderson, who is the present Minister. Its interior is well fitted out with galleries etc, sufficiently commodious to contain about 600 sittings.
