A modern building in James' St. erected in 1845, funds were collected to build it by a Committee who pay the Teacher a Salary of £30, he also receives a moiety from the Educational Society & a small Governmt [Government] allowance, in lieu of the Fees which are taken by the Committee in connection with the Free Church. the averge [average] number of scholars is about 120. Knitting and Sewing is also taught.
