The mill belongs to Mr. Cunningham who also has a tannery in the village The mill is worKed by water power and by a steam engine the latter 24 horse power, there was a mill here from time immemorial but the present Building is modern, in the vicinity of the village are two SKinners besides the SKinnery & tan worK belonging to Mr. Cunningham there is also close to the village a large distillery
