A beautiful Row of Buildings two and three stories high, occupied by the Reading Room, Assembly Rooms, Post Office, Exchange Tavern and Hotel, and a few dwellings occupied by men of extensive business, it is Situated on the East side of Constitution Street, between Assembly Street and Mitchell Street.
