This name applies to an old road from the county boundary on the North for about ½ mile is now an excellent road thence to the county Boundary South it is very rough but well defined although never used as a public road, no person can appropriate the soil by planting cultivation or other wise. It was former-ly remarkable for the droves of cattle that were brought this way, on their way to the English markets
