013 A large neatly built dwelling house and office houses all in good repair attached to it is a garden and a few acres of Glebe Land. It is the property of the Heritors of the Parish and is occupied by the present Ph. [Parish] Minister. The Manse was built a few years ago on the site of a farmhouse called Betham. No trace of the latter now remains

The buildings are all in good repair & are all occupied Chiefly by colliers and agricultural Labourers.
