012 A very handsome building in the cottage style of architecture, situated upon the side of an eminence on the northern margin of Logan Burn, it is surrounded by a fir plantation, through which the winds numerous gravel tracks leading in circuitous routes to a small octagonal summer house constructed of wands and foy, it is the hunting seat of the proprietor Mr. Robertson and from its contrast to the wild mountainous scenery that surrounds it it is a spot peculiarly romantic.

A farm house with offices attached 2 storey high and in middling repair, it is contiguous to the ruins of Logan House an antiquity of note in the parish, it is the property of Mr. Robertson of Logan House.
