The remains of Leith Wynd Chapel formerly a quoad sacra church in the parish of Canongate. It was purchased by the NB [North British] Railway Co [Company] in 1845, and was intended to be demolished as it stood directly in the line of Railway. but owing to some deviation from the original line, it has been left standing although it is in a ruinous state.
