001 A parish situated on the south side of the Firth of Forth, partly in the County of Linlithgow but by far the greater part in the County of Edinburgh, bounded by KirKliston and Dalmeny on the west, by Corstorphine and St. Cuthberts on the south and by St Cuthberts in the East. Besides the village of Cramond there are in this parish the village of Davidson's Mains or Muttonhole, and several minor hamlets. This parish formerly a vicarage is in the Presbytery of Edinburgh and Synod of Lothian and Tweeddale.
