007.10 A superior farm steading occupied by the proprietor J. Todd. The proprietor says this name has, within these last ten years, been corrupted from Glenduffill to Glendiffhill, and that previous to that time, the 'h' was always left out, as it is in the Titles. The steading is on slightly elevated ground, & it appears more probable that the spelling in the Titles is a mistake, and that the name "Glenduffhill" is, like the similar "hills" taken from the steading being so situated (turn over)
