027.05 | The site of this Castle, which is adjacent to the Farmsteading of Todholes, has been pointed out to me by Mr. William White, on whose property it occurs. It was quadrangular and measuring about 15 feet by 20 feet, and vaulted, About 50 years since it had fell into such a quinous state as to be considered dangerous, it was consequently pulled down, and the Stones removed for erecting dykes, there is nothing on the ground to indicate where it stood. |
