STONEY BURN Stoney Burn Alexr. Cranstoun, Alexr. Goodfellow, John Johnston. 047.11 A good burn rising at the foot of Ellershie Hill, but bears the name of Ellershie Burn till it comes into the farm of Stoneyburn, when it takes the name of that farm till it falls into the River Clyde about 20 chains below Bellfield.
