Gowmacmorran: Underneath this entry, written in red is written..On further reference the examiner states that he has made a mistake in inserting the letter 'k' in this name. See the derivation. An arrow then points to the name Macmorran as being the builder.
Sidewood: Underneath this entry and written in red is...On referring the several names in which Sidewood occurs to Dr John Wilson Esq [Esquire] he has recommended Sidewood only to be written to this farmsteading.
There are also initials written underneath the name Sidewood in the hand of the original scribe which appear to be F.E.P Capt. ?
