019.03 This monument was erected in the year 1836 by public subscription. It stands about 10 feet high on a square base having the following inscription
In memory of Cameron Cargill Renwick and their brethern who worshipped on this spot in the time of the last persecutions. They jeopardised their lives unto the death in the high places of the field.
