011.06 A junction of rails connecting the "Hamilton Branch" with the ClydesdaleJunction of the Cakedonian Railway, There is a small house used by the Pointsman for attending to the Switches &c. "Newton Station" is about a quarter of a mile east of the junction- Trace 2. There is a row of cotters dwellings here on the north side of tghe line belonging to the Railway Company. They go under the name of the junction.
