Orchardton Bay John Myers Cottage Chapel-croft Palnackie Thomas Johnston Gardener Orchardton Auchencairn A large Bay projecting into the land for a considerable distance between the Estates of Almerness and Orchardton the former Mrs. Robinson's and the latter Colonel Maxwell's Chapelcroft Lane which forms the Boundary here - between the Parishes of Rerwick and Buittle enters the North end of this Bay it then takes a winding Course Keeping close along its Western Side and discharges itself when it is Low Water into Auchencairn Burn a little below Torr Point - (Turn over)
