Mr Finley Maclean		 009 This name is applied to an old church. Situated in the district of Trumpan. It is roofless but most of the walls is still standing. Grave Yard in connection with it is still used. The history of this church seems to be completely lost. Vide "Statistical Account"
There is no doubt that this church was built before the Reformation, but we cannot ascertain if it was built previous to 1066. Consequently the character of writing adopted is German Text
