Aiseam is supposed to have been the name of the Saint this chapel was dedicated to, in the year 1867. a large stone was removed from this place and sent to Edinburgh. this stone it is said was covered with writing. or hieroglyphics, but it is not Known on the island, what this wiriting signifies on Lord Dunmores property.
