047 A handsome and picturesque Glen opening in Glenelg Bay about a mile South of the Village of Kirkton, its length, nearly due East, is about 6 miles, but its average breadth is not more than half a mile. From Ellanreoch to Corrary it is wooded on both sides and is one of the finest pieces of scenery in the District. A good sized River flows through the glen and on which there is good Salmon fishing .
