098 ; 099 | A large deep basin shaped corrie lying at the south side of the Corrieyairack Hill, on the north side of which numerious springs arise form which several small streams flow, the most important being Allt Ruadh or the Red Stream which takes its name from the deep red scars through which it flows. The whole of the bottom of the corrie is covered with small knolls supposed to have been habited by fairies in the gone days. The Ault Yairack which takes its name from the corrie, is a large stream which flows through the Slitheanan or knolls. On its south side is Sron a' Bhuraich or the Roaring nose, a precipitous |
