is a peculiarity in pronouncing the name in Garlic which comes nearly to Roshven and may be used by those natives who have much intercourse with English speakers but among themselves the natives adhere to their own pronounciation.
The Surveyors asked me to whom they should trust for names & I recommended them to ask my shepherd who had long resided in the district but has since left it.
In Gaelic there is no V. bh stands for it
Personally I wish Gaelic names to be retained

Translated it is the Mill "of Showers" - "Fros" stands for Showers- There is no meaning in Roshven except corruption
