A large but plainly built family residence 3 storeys high with suitable outbuildings & offices attached. There are very extensive ornamental & garden grounds in front & behind the house, extending between the Blackness & Perth Roads laid out with the utmost taste & displaying great care & excellent judgement in horticulture. The situation is Commanding & the prospect presented on every side is varied & extensive. It is the property and residence of David Hunter Esqr.
