A steep Ravine on the S [South] side of the River Farg about 30 chains NE [Northeast] & by North of Paris Bridge. it extends from the River Farg about 5 chains in a Southerly direction the small stream that enters the linn falls over a ledge of Rocks.

[Note] There is not any particular pool or basin of water in this Ravine.
