There is about 405000 gallons of whisky distilled yearly, (which is sent to London and converted into gin.) There is a pier projecting into the Eden, at which there is 12 feet of water at spring tides. Tenanted by Robert Haig Esqr. The property of J.H. Rigg Esqr. of Tarvit (There are three gaugers stationed there.)
