005; 010 | [situation] In the northern portion of the Co [County of] Fife. A small parish in Fifeshire bounded on the south by Monimail on the east by Cupar and Kilmany, on the north by Kilmany and Creich and on the west by the parish of Creich. Its greatest length from north to south is about 2 miles, and the greatest breadth about the same but in some places scarcely half a mile and contains about 1375 acres. It is in the Presbytery of Cupar and Synod of Fife. Patron the Earl of Glasgow. There are no detached portions of any parish within this parish nor are there any portions of any other parishes within this parish. |
