George Thomson the proprietor of the boat pays a yearly rent to Capt. [Captain] Allen, Erroll, who is proprietor of Port Allen, no boats can land at Port Allen without the consent of the proprietor. There are no restrictions on the Newburgh side. No passengers can leave the Port Allen side, in any other boat than that authorized, without the consent of the authorities.
