002 | [Situation] About 20 chains North of the Parish Church of Ferry Port on Craig. A Small room about fourteen feet Square fitted up as a reading room and supplied by a number of daily and local newspapers. It is the property of the Edinburgh Perth and Dundee Railway Company and is rented and used as above by a Company of Local Subscribers, by whom it is supported, and they have at all times free admission to it. Non subscribers can be admitted on payment of one penny for each visit. |
