[South East] of Edentown The house or houses which were known as written in this page were Cottars dwellings removed about 20 years ago, the name is supposed to have derived from a Tailor and family who occupied one of them. As the name appears on Mr Smalls plan of the Battle ground the Site is shewn, it was pointed out by Mr William Davison, who helped or assisted to pull them down that such a building or buildings existed and named as given in this page there is not a shadow of doubt. |
