019 | The ruins of an old Tower on Dunikier Law It was built by a former proprietor of the Estate for ornamental purposes and was a circular building - At present it is all a complete mass of ruin formed by a circular heap of stones about 30 feet in diameter and some 8 or 9 feet high. No fragments of the building remains to be seen. On the top is a Trigl. [Trigonometrical] Station called by Trig. [Trigonometrical] Party Duncraw Law. |
