035 | [Situation] About 17 chains S [South] of Urquhart Farm House. It is traditionally given to the Authorities quoted that [upon] or near the spot marked by [Examiner] there once stood a Church & [Grave] Yard, and that although they [never] saw any written account of [it], yet, from the richness of the [soil?] and the quantity of human [bones] found in it, they are almost [positive?] the tradition is true. Mr [Hunt] the proprietor has no doubt of [this?] and that it was a quoad sacra for the detached portion of [Inverkeithing] and was destroyed about the time of the reformation. |
